A Remote General Manager overseeing SDRs in Costa Rica is responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall performance of the SDR team. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Hiring, training, and developing SDRs to achieve performance goals.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Performance Management: Setting performance metrics, tracking key indicators, and providing regular feedback to SDRs.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimizing sales processes and tools to improve productivity.
- CRemote Leadership:Effectively managing a remote team, fostering collaboration, and maintaining team morale.
- Data Management:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of the SDR team in the Costa Rican market.

The opportunity

Compensation & Growth
Compensation starts at ₡1,100,000 per month and can increase based on performance. High achievers are eligible for raises as early as three months into the role, along with potential monthly bonuses.
