As a remote customer follow-up specialist in real estate, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients from a pre-qualified lead list., and their activities typically involve:
Core Responsibilities
- Contacting leads: Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Qualifying leads: Assessing the needs and interest level of potential clientsa.
- Building rapport: Establishing trust and rapport with potential clients.
- Providing information: Answering questions about properties, market conditions, and the buying/selling process.
- Scheduling appointments:Arranging property viewings or consultations with real estate agents.
- Data management:Updating customer information and tracking lead progress in the CRM system.
Your primary role involves nurturing leads and building relationships with potential buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for contacting individuals from a provided lead list, engaging in conversations about their real estate needs, and qualifying them as potential clients.

The opportunity

Compensation & Growth
Compensation starts at $5 USD per hour and can increase based on performance. High achievers are eligible for raises as early as three months into the role, along with potential monthly bonuses.
