Sales Development Rep (SDR)

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, U.S. business hours). As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating leads and scheduling meetings for our clients through outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads from marketing campaigns to identify viable sales opportunities.
- Meeting Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and the assigned client.
- Prospect Outreach:Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Lead Management and Reporting:Conduct weekly reviews of leads, maintain detailed records, and generate activity reports for all phases of outreach.
- Product Knowledge:Stay informed on new products, services, and trends through sales training and self-study to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Objection Handling:Develop strategies to address and overcome objections, gaining access to key decision-makers.
Additionally, SDRs in pet insurance call centers often juggle various responsibilities including educating potential customers on the benefits of pet insurance, understanding and articulating product differences, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

- Experience: We welcome diverse backgrounds including interpretation, call centers, collections, customer service, sales, SDR roles, and especially insurance (if applicable).
The opportunity

Compensation & Growth
Compensation starts at ₡450,000, disbursed in bi-monthly installments and can increase based on performance. High achievers are eligible for raises as early as three months into the role, along with potential monthly bonuses.
